Cancellation Policy

1. Software Products Cancellation

For digital software products (such as Agri Billing Software Starter and Agri Billing Software Professional):

• A cancellation request for a software product may be submitted before digital access, software download, license issuance, or software activation has taken place.
• Once a software license key has been generated and delivered to the customer dashboard, or the software files have been downloaded, the product is deemed delivered and activated.
• Any cancellation request submitted prior to digital license issuance or download will be honored and processed for full refund via the original payment method, subject to applicable product terms and any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Website Development Services Cancellation

For custom website development projects (such as Farmer Website Starter, Farmer Website Professional, and custom development contracts):

• Cancellation requests will be reviewed according to the agreed project scope, contractual agreement, and actual work completed up to the date of the request.
• If a cancellation request is received before development or design work has commenced, a full cancellation and refund will be approved.
• Where development work has commenced or milestones have been reached and approved, the work completed will be taken into account when determining the final amount payable or refundable, subject to applicable Indian law.
• Upon cancellation of a website project, any client-specific files, branding assets, and documentation prepared will be handed over to the client.

4. Outcome & Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge all cancellation requests within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt and communicate the review outcome in writing. Approved cancellations will automatically trigger the refund procedure in accordance with our published Refund Policy.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

No provision of this Cancellation Policy shall waive, diminish, or restrict any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
